Amorphous alloy transformer is a new type of energy-saving transformer. The transformer made of amorphous alloy and the transformer made of silicon steel sheet can reduce the no-load loss of the former by 60%-70% and the excitation current is only 1/8 -1/12 of the silicon steel sheet at the same voltage level and the same capacity, total energy loss can be reduced by 40%-60%. Amorphous alloy is a material with outstanding magnetic permeability. It adopts internationally advanced ultra-quenching technology, rapid rapid solidification production process, and directly cools liquid metal at a cooling rate of 106 ℃/ S to form a solid thin body with a thickness of 0.02-0.04 mm. Amorphous alloy structure with short-range order and long-range disorder, which has many unique performance characteristics, such as excellent magnetic properties, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high hardness and high strength, high resistance rate, etc. A typical amorphous alloy contains 80% iron, and its composition is boron and silicon. It is a soft magnetic material with low magnetization power and no structural defects that hinder the movement of domain walls. With the realization of energy conservation and consumption reduction, the amorphous alloy transformer is gradually coming to the forefront, and the prospect is very broad.

Product features
1. Energy saving
Compared with the s11 transformer of the same capacity, the sh(b)15-m amorphous alloy iron core oil-immersed transformer has a no-load loss of about 60% and a no-load current of about 60%.The sh(b)16-m amorphous alloy iron core oil-immersed transformer has a no-load loss of about 60% compared with the s11 same capacity transformer, the no-load current drops by about 60%, and the load is reduced by 10%.
2. Enhanced ability to withstand sudden short circuits;
The low voltage is wound by copper foil, so that the electric field of the transformer is evenly distributed. The low-pressure inner frame adopts a formed hard paper tube, the high-voltage outer half-layer is laminated with a layer of non-woven glass adhesive tape, and the compacting block is laminated wood to enhance the transformer. Mechanical strength, the transformer uses vacuum oil injection, can completely eliminate the bubbles in the coil, thus improving the overall resistance of the transformer to sudden short circuit.
3. The transformer connection group adopts Dyn11 to reduce the influence of harmonics on the power grid and improve the power supply quality.
4. The box edge is made of stainless steel bolts and has a beautiful appearance.
5. The fuel tank adopts a fully sealed oil tank to isolate the transformer oil from the air, slow down the aging of the transformer oil, and the seal parts are molded parts to enhance the reliability of the transformer seal.
