The single-phase power distribution transformer produced by ZHEJINAG ROOQ ELECTRIC CO.,LTD is simple in structure, small in size, and low loss, small iron loss. It is suitable for application and promotion in low-voltage distribution networks with low load density. At present, the single-phase power distribution transformers produced by our company are not only used in the domestic low-voltage distribution network, but also exported to the Philippines, Thailand, Venezuela, Ecuador, Argentina and other countries.

D9-M-5~100/10 series is a single-phase oil-immersed distribution transformer, single-phase single-frame double-pillar structure. The core material is DQ-133-30 (type 9), 30ZH120 (type 11), 23ZH90 (type 13) and other cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. The core material used in actual production is not less than the drawing requirements. The allowable deviation width of the longitudinal slit of the core piece is 0.2mm, and the shear burr is less than 0.03mm.

The 10KV single-phase distribution transformer uses a fully sealed corrugated oil tank structure. The transformer oil does not contact the surrounding air, so the transformer oil does not absorb external moisture and thus does not reduce the insulation strength. In addition, because oxygen cannot enter the oil tank, the insulation material is avoided The aging of the product increases the service life of the product.
